Mr. Cricut Crazy: Mothers Love Stamps CRUISE UPDATE with PICS

Hi All! Long time no see. I went on the cruise and had an awesome time. Since I have returned I have been so busy and I have had headaches everyday so I have not been all that inspired to make cards. Finally a day without headaches and some actuall free time to make cards. I better make them or my mother and mother-in-law might be sad if they don't get them in time. I have missed it and missed catching up on everyones blogs. I know I have missed some great project from all of you.
Well to tell you a little about my vacation. We went on a cruise on the Carnival Dream. We had a blast. I would suggest it for anyone. They have so much to do and FOOD galore. The cruise staff are awesome!! I have never saw such hard working dedicated genuinely nice people in my life!Imagine 6 days a week for 6 month contract on the ship. We traveled to Nassua, St, Martin and St. Thomas which was so beautiful. My favorite thing on the cruise was Karoke. I had never done it before. When I got done singing they asked me to try out for their Carnival Legends Show. I tried out against 3 people and won the part of Aretha Franklin. I actually got to perform on stage in front of the entire cruise audience dressed as the charactor Aretha and sang the song RESPECT with a live band for the last night of the cruise. I had such a blast! I met some awesome people and had my own personal dancer! What a cutie with an Irish accent from Ireland!
Here I am with Elton John, Frank Sinatra, and Elvis.
St. Thomas
We went helmet diving.
Hope you enjoyed the pictures! See ya later!

Well today we are off on an adventure to celebrate 25 years of marraige! We never really had a chance to have a honeymoon so we decided on our 25th anniversery year that we would finally do it right. Carson's Creation Embossing Blog Hop

I made a new card for Carson's Creations Embossing Blog Hop. The colors look much better together in real life.

Come Join Us!

First thing I did was take one of my favorite stamps and heat emboss it on white paper with white embossing powder. I then took pink and purple ink and colored over top of the white embossing. I did the same steps with the Sweet Friend stamp. I used glitter paper for the back frame and the scallop which was cut with the Spellbinders scallop circle. I embossed the pink white core Colorblok paper then sanded it. I hope you enjoy the card!

You mean the world to me

I hope you all are having a great beginning to your spring! I have not had much time to craft lately but here is a quick card I made using Mr.Cricut Crazy's Mothers Love stamps.
Mother's love

I embossed the purple Colorbox white core cardstock with the a cuttlebug embossing folder than sanded it to bring out the white. I used pink paper and used and cut and embossed with the valentines day dies for the Cuttlebug. I then used glitter pens and glitter to color the flowers. the scallop circle was cut with the spellbinders scallop circle.

I am so excited that I finally was able to order 5 sets of Tanner's AKA Mr Cricut Crazy's stamp sets. I had been wanting to get them for awhile now and am so glad they arrived. Here is my first card made with his high quality polymer stamps. Please take a look at his stamp sets. I think you will really like them. I believe he still has some of them on sale now for $10. If you don't know about Tanner AKA Mr. Cricut Crazy I encourage you to stop by and visit his blog. This young man and his design team will inspire your creative spirit!
I used the "Office Office" set for the tag and the Congratulations on your Promotion which is actually two stamps  "Congratulations on your" and "Promotion". He split it up so you could use one of 3 combinations of Promotion, Retirement, and Graduation.  (Click here or on stamp set to go to Mr. Cricut Crazy's store.)
